Established by the National Cyber Security Centre, Cyber Essentials has been developed to help organisations improve their cyber security.
A Government backed scheme, Cyber Essentials certification encourages organisations to adopt best practice in information security and ensures that they take sufficient measures to prevent against the risks of possible cyber-attacks. Its second-tier accreditation - Cyber Essentials Plus - requires a business to undergo a stringent technical audit and verification, meaning those in receipt of it have undergone extensive analysis to confirm adequate security levels, security management and capability. The Cyber Essentials Plus Certification is the highest level of accreditation and is awarded independently.
In achieving Cyber Essentials Plus, Logika Group joins a small percentage of businesses who operate to such quality standards, while showcasing its commitment to protecting its own business operations and that of its clients. This being a key requirement when working with large-scale public sector contracts.
James Trow, Director of Logika Group, confirmed: “Cyber risks are advancing at an exponential rate, meaning it is more important than ever before to ensure the right protections are in place.
In achieving Cyber Essentials Plus, it affirms our compliance with industry-recognised cybersecurity standards, while providing assurance to clients and stakeholders alike that working with us reduces their own cyber risks and vulnerabilities, all while safeguarding their reputation and business continuity.”
